I would wish for a nursing profession where the nurses, particularly starting from me, will be able to deliver services to the customer, not just because they are in the profession, but because it is ethical to do so regardless of the money paid. Normally, when left to check decisions regarding the welfare of the patients, I personally evaluate the condition or the situation, make decisions, decide on the virtually appropriate decision and personally reflect on those decisions to determine their feasibility. However, I have not been fully involved in council planning, but I have participated in loss leadership trainings where I have acquired skills regarding leadership.
