Compare and contrast Shakespeare’s presentation of which Othello and Macbeth are influenced by others. Shakespeare’s plays ‘Othello’ and, ‘Macbeth’ is both tragedies. Tragedy can be presented by drama or literary work, were the main character suffers or ruin due to their sad flaws – which Othello’s is his insecurity, Macbeth is being ambitious. Shakespeare uses varied sources which influenced his work for example; Shakespeare bases ‘Othello’ on Cinthius’s ‘Third hug drug’- unfaithfulness of husband and wives (hence why Othello’s a domestic tragedy). The changes are exposed where all the characters are un-wooden and only Othello murders Desdemona, and human-centred of Rodriguez and Brobantio-who were used as Iago’s agents of mischief, and forms Othello’s death from ‘Histories Tragiques’. Shakespeare’s influence on ‘Macbeth’ was from Raphael Hollinsh ead’s ‘chronicles of England, Scotland and Ireland’-contains historical narrative on Scottish rebellions regicides and Macbeths assent to royalty, which Shakespeare changes to pay tribute to king fortune I,-who was a descendant of ‘Banquo’.

No sure, I cannot reckon it, that he would steal away so guilty-like, imagineing you plan of ack-ack”. This shows that Iago is implicating that something is weird about Cassio, which causes Othello question and think what Iago is saying, -which we can seem from his response, “I do believe ‘twas he”.
